The GRENKE Chess Open will be held from 13-17 April in Karlsruhe, Germany.
Official websiteThis is a nine rounds Swiss system tournament, formerly known as the Deizisauer Neckar-Open.
The tournament includes over 100 titled players and over 900 participants! Top group grandmasters as Radoslaw Wojtaszek, Nikita Vitiugov, Richard Rapport, Etienne Bacrot and Markus Ragger are playing for a first prize of €10,000. Players receive 2 hours for 40 moves and 30 minutes for the rest of the game. There is no increment.
