Russian Higher League 2018

The Russian Higher League - Men and Women are a 9-round Swiss Open taking place in the Ring Premier Hotel in Yaroslavl from 26 June to 5 July 2018. The top five players in the tournament will qualify for the 2018 Russian Championship Superfinal - Men and Women.
The time control is 90 minutes for 40 moves, then 30 minutes to the end of the game, with a 30-second increment from move 1. No draw offers are allowed before move 40.
The overall prize fund is 5 million roubles, or around 70,000 euros.
