The game of Caruna against Wesley So was decisive for the whole event. The winner would be champion, if they drew we’d have a 5-player blitz tournament to decide who would get the prize.
In the last round also, Vishy Anand won against Sergey Karjakin and Magnus Carlsen made a quick draw against Vachier-Lagrave.
