The 8th Women International Chess Memorial of Krystyna Holuj-Radzikowska, organised by the Polish Chess Federation is taking place between 3rd and 12th of December 2018 in Wrocław, Poland. During the Festival of Women's Chess are held 3 chess events - Chess Match Women Poland - Rest of the World; Match in the Basque Chess and a Match in quick chess. The match will be played in 5 rounds Swiss. Each team will consist of 5 players, each of whom will play one game with each player of the opposing team. The match is won by the team which will score more points in the combined classic and quick chess classification. Points earned in classic parts count twice.

History: Krystyna Hołuj-Radzikowska (1931 – 2006) was a Polish chess Woman Grandmaster. She was nine-time Polish Women’s Champion (1951, 1952, 1953, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1959, 1966, and 1969)
Time control:
in classic parties: 90 min / 40pos. + 30 min for completion and after 30 seconds discounts for every move from the beginning of the party.
in the Basque Chess Match: 15 min. + 10 sec. for every move made
in the quick chess match: 15 min. + 10 sec. for every move made
