The Fourth Memorial "Yulian Radulski" 2018 is held on 25th November 2018 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.The Chess initiative is in mempry of the famous Bulgarian Grandmaster Julian Radulski, funds will be donated to his family. The organisers are the Chess Club "ChesBomb Plovdiv", Chess Club "Lokomotiv 2000" Plovdiv and the chess website www.ChessBomb.com
The Fourth Memorial Yulian Radulski 2018 is held in 2 sections A – an open tournament and B – children up to 14 (born after 01.01.2004). The tournament A B will be held in 9 rounds following the Swiss system, according to the FIDE tournament rules and FIDE Regulation from 01.01.2018.
The time control is 10 minutes for each player until the end of the game with an increment of 05 (five) seconds before playing each move.
