PNWCC Fide Open Olympiad Gold 2019 is held between 18th and 23rd January 2019. A 3-section, USCF and FIDE rated 7-round Swiss tournament.

In the evet take part two Chess Olympiad Champion team players from two generations and countries - GM Bu, Xiangzhi (Elo 2726) who just won the 2018 43rd Chess Olympiad for team China in Batumi, Georgia. Another featured player of the tournament is GM James Tarjan, who also won Chess Olympiad for team USA in 1976 in Haifa, Israel.
