Yugra Governor's Cup 2017

The 13th edition of the Yugra Governor's Cup is taking place in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia from 17th till 25th of November 2017. The 9-round Swiss open is a stage of the Russian Cup.  The first prize is 300,000 roubles ($3,000).

Time control: the players receive 90 minutes for the entire game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one. No draw offers are allowed before move 40.
