The La Palma - GM is a 10-player round-robin tournament held from 29 March to 2 April 2019 in Isla de la Palma, Canarias.
Grand Master Damian Lemos, GM Arian Gonzalez and teachers Fide palmeros José Antonio Herrera and Alberto Hernández will participate, in addition to MI Canary Alejandro Alvarado.
The Championship will have several players among the main favorites of the tournament, highlighting Daniel Guerra, Isidro Cruz, Francisco Andrades, Jair Batista, Francisco de la Banda, Ruedinger, Karim Rodríguez, Pablo Martín, Sergio Rodríguez, and a long list of chess players.
