Starodubtsev Memorial 2018

The 4th Starodubtsev Memorial is a 10-player rapid all-play-all tournament taking place in the Regional Art Museum in Tula, Russia on 8-9 January 2018.

The time control is 15 minutes for all moves, with a 10-second increment from move 1.
