Rate of play
Round Robin tournament 10 players, 9 rounds
The rate of play is: 90 minutes for the first 40 moves followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game with a 30 second increment per move starting on move one.
Starting Fees
For the GM tournament: players with Fide Rating < 2400 would have to pay 300euro
players with a Fide Rating > 2400 would have to pay 250euro
Free Transfer from Sofia airport
For the IM tournament: All players pay 200euro
